US agency released report on Citizenship act, said - increase in cases of religious persecution. Protests are going on in many places in the country regarding the citizenship law. Protesters have been on the streets in Delhi's Shaheen Bagh for the past two months. Meanwhile, the US agency has expressed concern over India's citizenship amendment law and NRC in its report. This concern has been expressed at a time when US President Donald Trump is coming to India.
